A. They should not be worshipped because:

(a)Both men and angels are servants

And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. 9 But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!” (Rev. 22:8-9) (NIV)

(b)Those who worship angels is hated by God

“They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—” (Rom. 1:25) (NIV)

“41 That was the time they made an idol in the form of a calf. They brought sacrifices to it and reveled in what their own hands had made. 42 But God turned away from them and gave them over to the worship of the sun, moon and stars. This agrees with what is written in the book of the prophets:…” (Acts 7:41-42) (NIV)

“…Therefore I will send you into exile’ beyond Babylon.” (Acts 7:43) (NIV)
